Description

Fire Element, the Astrological signs associated with the fire Element are Aries, Leo and Sagittarius. Planets, Mars, Jupiter and the Sun.   Characteristics of a Fire sign are:  Enthusiastic, high energy, loud and proud, blunt, passionate, joyful, inspirational, pushy, leaders, honest, action orientated.

I wanted to make a fire drawing upwards with a cooling effect layered over the top.  The combination of the heat coming from the fire and the calming white strokes keep it cool while the fire still burns behind.  A sense of continual energy flowing maintaining a balance.  This painting for me can bring calm and high energy depending on where you focus upon the painting.
